HI THERE 👋

Within this product you will find one duplicable template

This to-list is pretty basic. Feel free to enhance it or to contact me to update the template.

Here is the template to duplicate ↙️

What is a to-do list?

It is a list of things that one wants to get done or that need to get done.

Feature #1

Tracking.

It’s the classic combo of add, update and delete tasks.

As a bonus, if you set a deadline to your task you will have a neat display of it.

Feature #2

Prioritisation

Tasks are organised by priorities (see below). Those priorities are color coded and you’ll easily find what you want. Boards are sorted by priority with critical at the top

Feature #3

Types of issue

I decided, on my own, to create types of issue or categories. This allow the to do list to be a bit more clean and to actually distinguish tasks:

Those issue types sometimes come with default priority. You can modify that in the database template.

Feature #4

Quick actions

Instead of doing thins directly in the databases a quick actions menu allows you to create issue by type directly. By default it will be added with the current date.

Feature #5

Legends

On the side panel, you will be able to click on button allowing you to have a quick overview of what status, issue type and priorities are.

Feature #6

Views

A calendar and a kanban (board) are included. The kanban has a “condensed” version, allowing you to directly see detail of the task.

Features #7

Graphs & charts

If you are paying for Notion or are in a company that paid it for you, you have the possibility to have as many graphs as you want. I created two versions of this template just for that: one with graphs and another without.

Ressources

I always try and list a few ressources that might help you or your team. For a to-do list I got nothing, it’s pretty straighforward.

That’s it for the content, I hope that it suits your needs.

Below, you’ll find a feedback form, some informations about what I do and ways to contact me.
